Type and Scope of Data Collected

We use Matomo technology from Innocraft Ltd. (New Zealand) to analyze website visits. Cookies are used for this purpose, which enable a statistical analysis of how visitors use this website as well as the display of usage-based content or advertising. Pseudonymized user profiles may be created from the processed data. The cookies are stored for one week.

The following data is processed as part of the audience analysis: the browser type and version used by the user, the operating system used by the user, the country of origin, the date and time of the server request, the number of visits, the time spent on the website, and the external links clicked. The user’s IP address is anonymized before it is stored. The data generated in this way is processed and stored exclusively in France by Matomo on our behalf and is therefore subject to strict European data protection laws and standards.

Legal Basis for the Processing of Personal Data

Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of Article 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest) of the GDPR. Our goal is to optimize our online services and our website. Since the privacy of our visitors is important to us, data that could potentially be linked to an individual—such as IP addresses, login IDs, or device identifiers—is anonymized or pseudonymized as soon as possible. To the best of our knowledge, this data is not used for any other purpose, combined with other data from Matomo, or disclosed to third parties.

Purpose of Data Processing

We use this access data exclusively in a non-personalized form to continuously improve our website and for statistical purposes.

Duration of Data Storage

eTracker will store the data relevant to web tracking for as long as necessary to fulfill the booked web service. Data collection and storage are carried out anonymously. If personal references do exist, the data will be deleted immediately, provided it is not subject to any legal retention requirements.

Options to Object and Request Deletion

You may object to the collection and storage of data at any time with future effect without providing a reason.
